The role of the Registered Massage Therapist at The Pearle Hotel & Spa is to provide a relaxing, comforting massage that is tailored to the guests concerns. We provide traditional massage and unique body experiences that are designed to entice our guests through a journey of healing, and total body rejuvenation.

Our therapists take great pride in establishing a genuine connection with each spa guest. With extensive knowledge of the body’s anatomy they will use their techniques to assist guests in achieving overall wellness while releasing their aches, pains and stresses of the day.

• You have 2 years or more of massage therapy practice.
• You have previous experience in a luxury spa setting.
• You have certification from an accredited school of Massage Therapy and are in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists.
• Responsibilities / Requirements :
• A massage therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience.
• Ability to perform 30-90 minute massages with frequent bending and standing throughout scheduled shift.
• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which treatment is most beneficial.
• Take detailed client history and note any health conditions
• Maintain accurate client records
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intuitive listener, with active communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Team oriented
• Highly professional, responsible and reliable

• We are excited to offer a signing bonus of $5,000 for full-time RMTs who are available to work on weekends. We recognize and appreciate the commitment and flexibility our RMTs demonstrate by working weekends, and this signing bonus serves as a token of our gratitude.
• The compensation for this position averages $47 per hour, consisting of a base wage of $20 per hour plus commission. The commission structure is based on experience. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to work full-time or part-time based on your availability.
• We have high return guest ratio and our RMTs are currently fully booked 4 to 6 weeks ahead of time.

Note : The commission structure details will be discussed during the interview process.

• We offer comprehensive support to our RMTs by providing all necessary uniforms, linens, and supplies to ensure they can perform their services effectively and comfortably
• We eliminate the burden of marketing, booking, and payment processing fees for our RMTs.
• We provide an excellent opportunity for recently graduated RMT students who are awaiting their certificates. While waiting for certification you can receive training on spa operations to further enhance your skills and knowledge. This training period allows RMT students to gain valuable insight into the operations of a spa environment, ensuring they are well-prepared to seamlessly integrate into their role as certified RMTs upon receiving their certificates.
