Location - Remote - Ontario
Shift : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Qualifications :
The Regulatory Analyst is the go-to subject matter expert responsible for providing timely and accurate advice to a growing operations department and client base. A strong sense of ownership and pride over principal duties is required. This role continually provides opportunities to work independently and collaboratively to achieve entire perspective results.
- Answer incoming inquiries from clients
- Review and process post entry adjustments
- Research and respond to requests for complex information in a professional manner.
- Analyze and interpret information received from clients or internal team members.
- Perform complex classification for goods in all industries.
- Analyze the BOM (Bill of Materials) and prepare the CUSMA and other free trade agreements.
- Conduct analysis on client tariff database and update accordingly
- Liaise with appropriate government departments as required
- Prioritize and complete work according to project demands, customs requirements and Willson standards
- Participate fully with other team members in the day-to-day operation of the team, including setting priorities, organizing and scheduling work, coordinating with others, problem solving and decision making,
- Occasional travel to our US HQ may be required to support system and / or product launches.
- All other duties as assigned
