We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the industry, located in Pickering, Ontario. This position will be based in a detail-oriented workplace environment.Responsibilities : - Efficiently process customer credit applications- Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records- Resolve customer inquiries and offer support where needed- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action- Ensure accurate invoicing, including monthly progress draws and weekly invoicing- Balance job sheets in line with Project Manager's job status files and maintain the filing system- Handle Accounts Receivable tasks such as reconciling aged receivables report and contacting customers- Process and prepare change orders for billing- Submit substantial completion requests for publication- Utilize Jonas Accounting Software, Excel Estimating system, and Microsoft Word processing for various tasks.- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounting Clerk- Demonstrable skills in Account Reconciliation is required- Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory- Proficiency in Billing and Data Entry is essential- Experience in Invoice Processing is a crucial requirement- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel- Knowledge and experience in using Jonas Club Software is a mustRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
