Responsibilities Include

Completing comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, environment, and support systems

Designing evidence-based treatment plans grounded in best practice and aligned with SMART goals

Collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, client-centred goals

Providing education to clients and caregivers to support ongoing progress

Implementing creative and engaging strategies that target ADLs, functional mobility, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and other individualized goals

Evaluating and documenting client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed

Some visits may be virtual

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

Registration withCOTO

Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Access to a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license

Professional liability insurance

Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
