About this opportunity :
Reporting to the Lead, Records Management, the Records Management Administrator will have the opportunity to contribute by overseeing the management of Cenovus centralized physical records through their life cycle (creation through to destruction), directing Service Providers to perform the tasks required to manage these records. The successful candidate will also advise staff on best practices for Information Management, providing guidance on how best to create, share and store documents, while maintaining the ecosystem of SharePoint sites within the Workplace and Real Estate team, including permission management, library / list / site creation, migration of new content and troubleshooting issues. Who you are :
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements :
Legally authorized to work in Canada
A diploma / certificate such as Records / Information Management, Library Information Technology or related field would be an asset
5+ years of related experience in information governance, document / records management preferred
Demonstrated aptitude with the O365 suite of tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, including site maintenance and permission management
Proficiency in using Content Server, with particular emphasis on Records Management functionality (searching, applying classification, creating collections, running disposition reports, etc.)
Strong knowledge of records management principles and practices
