Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward calls.
• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies.
• Schedule appointments and maintain electronic calendars for team members.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and lobby.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Support the business administration team with special projects as needed.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.



Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on positive customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
