The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $43,500 - $56,600, depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, relevant education, training, or a combination of these factors and market demand. Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for lease administration and property management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and problem-solving are key? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Real Estate Associate !

What You'll Do :

As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our retail store portfolio by overseeing lease administration, ensuring accurate rent payments, and coordinating store maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Administering lease agreements and ensuring data accuracy in our lease management system.
• Processing and reconciling rent payments, invoices, and tenant improvement allowances.
• Tracking critical lease dates and ensuring timely action on renewals and terminations.
• Managing store maintenance requests, coordinating vendor bids, and overseeing repairs.
• Processing and reconciling truck lease invoices, mileage expenses, and maintenance costs.
• Organizing and supporting Real Estate Committee meetings, including preparing materials and tracking key outcomes.
