Your responsibilities
As an accounting technician, you will participate in the company's comprehensive accounting management. Your main tasks will include :
- Completing the complete accounting cycle : bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll / HR
- Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects
- Managing supplier invoices and payments
- Rigorous project cost monitoring : purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison
- Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites
- Updating management reports
- Preparation of year-end reports for auditors
