A well-established, caring company, where product quality and respect for people come first. We manufacture custom steel reinforcement for our concrete pipes in a safe, supervised, and collaborative environment.
Why join our team?
- Competitive salary: $24.73/hr upon joining + $1/hr after permanent employment
- Evening premium: +$2/hr
- Attendance and punctuality bonus: $150/month
- Production bonus
- Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
- Day shift
Your missions
In collaboration with your supervisor, you will be trained to :
- Read production slips and plans
- Cut, assemble, fasten, and weld steel reinforcement
- Operate various equipment: rolling machine, forklift, overhead crane
- Check measurements and perform quality checks
- Comply with health and safety standards
Not much experience?
Comprehensive training awaits you, including:
Site visit, OHS training and work methods
Learning welding symbols and procedures
Supervised practice (test plate, real work with support)
Structured assessment after 10 weeks
What we Search
- A minimum of 1 year of welding experience (preferred)
- DEP in welding or mechanics: an asset
- Blueprint reading: an asset
- Motivation, rigor, and a desire to learn
