Job descriptionAu moins 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité à cycle complet. Diplôme collégial en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe. Connaissances en matière de paie (un atout). Maîtrise du français. Niveau de compétence requis : intermédiaire Raisons de l'exigence linguistique : communication avec les clients, service à la clientèle Fréquence d'utilisation : occasionnelle (quelques fois par mois) 4 semaines de vacances par an (y compris les jours fériés dans le secteur de la construction). Assurance collective complète, y compris couverture médicale et dentaire. Prime annuelle en fonction des performances. .................................. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. Ensure accuracy in accounting for projects and portfolios. Prepare annual financial statements and 13th invoices for tenants. Handle GST / QST filings and maintain compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate audit preparations and ensure completeness of information. Collaborate with property management and operations teams to optimize processes. Support and guide other accounting staff in daily activities. Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting. College diploma in accounting or related field. Payroll knowledge (an asset). Proficient in French. Level of Proficiency Required : intermediate Reasons for Language Requirement : Communication with clients, customer support Frequency of Use : Occasionally (a few times a month) 4 weeks of vacation per year (including construction holidays). Comprehensive group insurance including medical and dental coverage. Annual bonus depending on performance.

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et innovant ? Nous recherchons un comptable immobilier pour garantir l'exactitude et la conformité des opérations comptables d'un portefeuille diversifié de propriétés industrielles et commerciales.
Principales responsabilités :
- Superviser la gestion des comptes fournisseurs, des comptes clients, de la paie et du grand livre général.
- Assurer l'exactitude de la comptabilité des projets et des portefeuilles.
- Préparer les états financiers annuels et les 13e factures pour les locataires.
- Gérer les déclarations de TPS / TVQ et veiller au respect des normes comptables.
- Coordonner la préparation des audits et s'assurer de l'exhaustivité des informations.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion immobilière et d'exploitation afin d'optimiser les processus.
- Soutenir et guider les autres membres du personnel comptable dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
