Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve goals.
Assist with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complex issues.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Ensure store safety and cleanliness.
Handle cash management, store opening and closing.
Provide performance feedback and assign team tasks.
Supervise hiring and performance management processes.
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
