Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals according to their needs.
• Answer telephone calls and give appropriate information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Liaise with building staff and external suppliers.

Collaborate with the administration team on various projects.
