We currently have a high impact Group Digital Director opportunity available within our Brisbane market with a single strategic focus of driving digital revenue opportunities by collaborating with local commercial teams and providing digital expertise in the local marketplace.

About the role

  • Drive digital sales expertise across the local commercial team and provide client level support to the top 10 growth potentials to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • In collaboration with Local Director of Sales identify and develop key Sales strategies to continuously drive digital revenue opportunities. Develop strategic advertising solutions with the objective of building, developing, and growing the relationship and digital revenue.
  • Take ownership of allocated digital sales budgets to consistently achieve, with the drive to exceed.
  • Uncover and contribute to product discussions based on market needs to drive revenue.
  • Apply exceptional client management skills and follow through, including proven experience in delivering high impact presentations in collaboration with local Sales teams.
  • Utilise your thorough understanding of the media market to proactively represent ARN with a deep focus on ARN business, brand, and products – the ARN Audiosphere.

About you

  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience within the media advertising sales environment, coupled with a solid working knowledge of core digital trading tools and analytical skills.
  • A confident & natural networker, relationship builder, and presenter, with proven experience in consistently providing exceptional service while meeting sales targets.
  • Be an inspirational team player who is highly accountable and can juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You are the ultimate brand ambassador! A positive and energetic team member, who will take great pride in representing the ARN Audiosphere in the market, enjoy working autonomously, while also contributing to the team’s success and broader ARN outcomes.
  • Competent in software programs such Power Point, Word and Excel. Salesforce user experience also highly regarded.
