Supporting with caseload reviews and quality of care reviews as needed Chairing / co-chairing and organizing regular discipline-specific clinical meetings throughout the Being a resource for urgent clinical issues that may arise for therapists and assistants Identifying clinical trends, departmental tools / resources and learning needs to meet clinical Developing discipline-specific forms and templates to support care deliver Identifying education needs of the Therapy programs based on quality of care reviews, risk events, performance reviews and programs requirements Co-interviewing candidates for hire with the Clinical Manager Supporting operational leaders with recruitment, retention, mentorship, performance reviews Creating and maintaining onboarding and orientation program development / delivery in Designing and collaborating with regional leaders on future models of care and growth Evaluating and monitoring Therapy program metrics and outcomes, identify trends and Other duties as required Regulated Allied Health professional, such as Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist given preference. Current registration with the applicable regulatory college in the province of Ontario 2 years of supervisory experience and / or experience within home health service delivery Experience with quality and risk management, and program delivery including data analytics Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Practical experience with mentorship and coaching. An understanding of adult learning Ability to effectively establish and build rapport with internal and external parties, including Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and digital health platforms
Overview
As a Program Lead, Therapy, we are looking for a RegusTherapy professional who is an innovative thinker , has interest in modernizing home care through integrated care delivery, and has experience in program management.
You will play a key role in providing consultation, assessment, and interventions for diverse client groups across Ontario. The Program Lead (PL) will be involved in the development of programs, mentorship of new staff and ongoing coaching for Therapy teams, professional development and quality and risk management. The Program Lead will promote a culture of continuous improvement and will facilitate the generation of innovative ideas and patient care design for CarePartners.
This role requires occasional travel across Ontario to support regional operations, including attendance at meetings, site visits, and other operational or program-related activities, as directed by organizational priorities.
In addition, the position includes in-office attendance at our Waterloo, Ontario location as directed . Candidates must be able to travel within the province and attend the Waterloo office when required to support team engagement, regional alignment, and effective service delivery.
