Oahas operates based on the principles of Greater Involvement of People living with HIV / AIDS (GIPA), Meaningful Engagement of People living with HIV / AIDS (MEPA), nothing about us without us, Indigenous harm reduction, and respect for our cultural knowledges and teachings.
