Base Salary : $60–75K + Bonus + Pension + Benefits

About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to oversee safety and compliance initiatives across five facilities serving approximately 430 employees. In this role, you’ll conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and help with training programs to promote a safety-first culture. This position is integral to maintaining environmental sustainability, addressing hazards, and fostering a safe, productive workplace.
Who We’re Looking For :
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment . You’re passionate about compliance, proactive in conducting safety walkarounds and audits, and skilled at developing training programs to engage and educate employees. Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel between facilities are essential. Experience with ISO certifications and environmental audits will set you apart.
