YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Supervisor, Social Performance, you will be part of the Community Relations and Communications Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Social Performance, Compliance & Coordination
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Social Performance frameworks, including Impact Benefit Agreements (IIBAs), socio-economic agreements, and regulatory commitments.
- Support the Social Performance Coordinator in data management related to all social studies, including permitting, closure planning, and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Work in collaboration with external consultants to support the production of multiple annual and regulatory reports.

Qualifications
Your Work Schedule
Schedule : 5 days of work, followed by 2 days for rest; a combination of tele-working with once per quarter visits to Nunavut communities. A flexible schedule is required.
