As an Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the office, providing essential administrative support, managing office logistics, and creating a welcoming and efficient workspace for the teams.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and equipment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Support team members with special projects and initiatives
  • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • High level of communicational skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
