Job Description :

Syntax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Finance Public Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of SAP Finance and a passion for developing their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This role will involve supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Public Cloud module to meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in Implementation and Configuration :

Support the implementation of solutions for various Public Cloud Finance projects.

  • Assist in configuring SAP Finance to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Support and Maintenance :

    • Provide first-level support for SAP Finance issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Finance Public Cloud.
  • Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth operation of SAP Public Cloud systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting :

    • Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP Finance configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Generate reports as needed for various stakeholders.
  • Training and Development :

    • Assist in training end-users on SAP Finance functionalities and processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and IT.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
    • Qualifications :
  • Education :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience :

    • Minimum 2 years experience in FICO.

  • Public Cloud experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Finance functionalities and processes.
