Primary Skills :
1.The Backup Administrator is a person with the specialized technical knowledge and experience to manage the customer environment for IBM defender (Cohesity)
2.The principal responsibility of the Backup Administrator position is to plan and manage the installation, configuration, administration and documentation of Backup hardware according to best practices.
3.Experienced in the deployment, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of IBM defender (Cohesity)
4.Ensuring high levels of data quality and availability for all enterprise and customers in a 24x7 support Backup environment like IBM defender (Cohesity), Veeam and added advantage for any other Backup technology
5.Hands-on technical working experience with backup from the following products : IBM Defender Cohesity, (backup and replication), and / or Veeam, etc.
6.Testing, configuration and management of DR solutions, Sync and Async protection relationships, to fulfill business requirements.
7.Planning and Implementation of netapp cluster expansion (Disk, Shelf and Node addition) and refresh (Disk Shelf, Node and Cluster decommissioning and commissioning)
8.Cloud Backup Strategies : Sound knowledge and understanding about IBM Object Storage (Cleversafe), AWS (EBS, S3, EFS), OpenStack (SwiftStack).
9.Hands-on technical working experience with the architectural and / or deployment with operational support to manage Backup administration.
10.Expertise in managing overall Backup infrastructure including fabric architecture, and clear understanding of Cloud integration with IBM defender.
11.Experience in Implementation and management of Backup Infrastructure
12. Managing team and sharing knowledge as per enterprise Infrastructure.
13. Experience in Performing Health Check of storage arrays and switches.
14. Experience in Performing storage allocation based on the server requirement.
15. Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis of Backup Products.
16. Managing overall infra, configuring.
