Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist for our Federal Client in Toronto, Ontario.

The Candidate must possess a valid license to practice without restrictions as a registered Psychiatrist in the province that the work is to be performed.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Candidate must possess three years of experience within the past five years, working in a primary health care facility performing all the following tasks :

Performing psychiatric assessments
Diagnosing health concerns related to mental illness
Prescribing medications to treat psychiatric conditions
Maintaining and updating medical records
Treating anxiety disorders, such as, but not limited to, generalized anxiety, panic, or phobias
Treating mood disorders, such as, but not limited to, depression or bipolar disorder
Treating trauma, such as, but not limited to, physical or sexual assault or emotional abuse
Treating post-traumatic stress disorder and treating substance use disorder

CREDENTIAL AND LICENSING MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

Valid license to practice within ON
