This position is for our Hillcrest Place Home, located in Brandon, Manitoba.What you’ll be doing Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, review and evaluate resident care plans;Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work; Assist in orienting and training new team members;Coordinate nursing team’s resident care assignments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to residents.What you bring Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN);Compassion, professionalism, and respect; Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
