Key Responsibilities

• Accounts & Allocations : Oversee complex general ledger accounts including payroll, deferred revenue, inventory, and COGS.
• Month-End Close : Manage and execute the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Financial Reporting : Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
• Audit Management : Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, providing audit requests and supporting schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy as the company scales.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Human Resources.
