You'll support Project Managers and Construction Managers by tracking timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring every file meets company standards. You'll review project files, verify that milestones and KPIs are being met, and communicate regularly with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors, and clients. You'll prepare invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless project flow and timely billing. You'll troubleshoot issues before they cause delays, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and help guide Project Coordinator I team members when needed. Your initiative, organization, and strong communication skills will help drive operational excellence and ensure every project meets expectations from start to finish.Qualifications3-5 years of project coordination or administrative experience in restoration or construction requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or construction administration an assetProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital project management toolsExperience with XactAnalysis required; Xactimate knowledge an assetStrong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and problem-solve effectivelySolid understanding of job costing, profitability, and client billing processesAbility to build strong relationships with team members, subtrades, and clientsWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
