Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical New Product Introduction (NPI)?
About the Role :
As Project Manager II , you'll oversee the full lifecycle of 10+ complex NPI projects , from CMO onboarding and Health Canada submissions to production and commercial launch. This is a highly visible role with direct ownership of timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across departments like Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary liaison with global CMO partners
- Support portfolio performance tracking , pipeline reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion change and process optimization across the PMO using tools like Smartsheet and SAP
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values initiative and impact
