Job description5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Expertise in SLA / SLO tracking and incorporating them into deliverables. Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with experience managing distributed teams. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and SDLC processes. Experience with SaaS products in the health and wellness industry. Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, and Jira Service Management. Understanding of product management best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines for complex software projects.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and product management, to drive seamless execution.
- Manage multiple Scrum teams (5–8 members each) and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Optimize resource allocation and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking progress and providing stakeholder visibility.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans.
- Foster collaboration between QA and development teams to maintain high product quality.
- Continuously improve project management processes for scalability and efficiency.
