This Project Manager role will support the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology. The successful candidate will manage information technology projects within a provincial health sector, focusing on efficient and effective information management and communication technology processes. The position requires extensive experience managing large-scale digital business transformation projects in healthcare, including application and infrastructure implementation / migration, and organizational change management. Responsibilities : - Manage information technology projects in a healthcare environment, reporting progress to steering committees.
- Ensure the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
- Coordinate internal delivery staff, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders.
- Deliver project outcomes supporting large-scale digital business transformation.
- Implement or migrate applications and infrastructure in a large acute care or public sector environment using various cloud architectures (including Microsoft Azure and AWS).
- Coordinate implementation with clinical and business resources, vendor partners, and internal resources.
- Deliver large, enterprise-wide organizational change management strategies and plans using a structured methodology (e.g., Prosci).
Required Skills & Certifications : - Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications : - Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
