• What You’ll Do :
• Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
• Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
• Turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention
• Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment
• What You Bring to the Table :
• 4+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
• Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• A knack for solving problems on the fly with a calm, can-do attitude
• Tech-savvy and eager to use various platforms to streamline operations
• Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
• Pre-employment Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
• Bonus : Education in business, sales, or a related field
• Key Responsibilities :
• Regularly opening and closing the store
• Staff Management, scheduling, recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Helping with customer queries and concerns
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies including Federal and Provincial, employment standards, health and safety and AGCO
• Sales and Money Management
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets with and through the team
• Coach and direct team members to carry out their daily duties
