As a Management Associate, you will learn account management and customer relations from the best in the industry in a supportive and nurturing environment. Responsibilities of a Management Associate :
- Manage existing local accounts as well as the acquisition of new accounts by maintaining communications with customers and client liaisons
- Act in accordance with senior management in communications with clientele to achieve desired KPIs, sales performance metrics, and customer satisfaction targets
- Abide by all compliance policies and procedures set forth by the client and company, demonstrating integrity and ensuring all customer transactions are up to standard
- Ability to successfully teach, train, and coach junior Management Associates in the above responsibilities, demonstrating strong leadership skills and fulfilling customer needs
