What You’ll Do

As an Office Coordinator, you’ll ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for while keeping our practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming Patients: Greet each patient warmly and create an inviting atmosphere for children and adults alike.
• Scheduling with Care: Manage appointments efficiently and keep the schedule on track.
• Be a Resource: Provide patients and their families with clear, compassionate communication about procedures and next steps.
• Support Our Team: Assist with administrative tasks, dental records, and other duties that help our practice thrive.
