Position Overview :
KTK Custom Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Construction Project Coordinator to lead the successful execution of residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the Canadian residential construction market and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering seamless communication between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, developers, and architects to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Prepare, organize, and manage all necessary project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building regulations, and legal requirements.
- Manage procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Maintained detailed project records and ensured regular updates for clients and stakeholders.
