We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Finance practice— a role where you will leverage your CPA training and expertise to deliver high-impact financial advisory services. You’ll work on mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic analysis, collaborating with clients and senior professionals to support major business decisions. Your role :
- Financial due diligence : Lead and coordinate financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including analysis of financial statements, business plans, and public data.
- Quality of earnings & valuation : Prepare quality of earnings reports, identify key issues, risks, and valuation impacts, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Financial modeling : Build and review financial models for transaction analysis, scenario planning, and valuation purposes.
- Advisory services : Deliver corporate finance advisory services, including capital raising, restructuring, and integration planning.
- Stakeholder engagement : Collaborate with clients, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Reporting & documentation : Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for clients and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Compliance & controls : Ensure all work adheres to CPA standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and client service delivery.
