Lead operations. Drive excellence. Shape the future of manufacturing. At RHI Magnesita, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our Marelan plant. In this role, you’ll create a safety-first culture, optimize production processes, and deliver operational excellence that meets and exceeds business objectives.
Your Impact
- Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Value goals
- Build and maintain a safety-first culture, driving EHS improvements and compliance
- Ensure environmental and regulatory standards are met
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives that add value for customers and expand margins
- Develop operational plans aligned with corporate KPIs and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities
- Lead Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives across the site
- Plan and deliver capital projects to improve plant performance
- Monitor key performance metrics and lead daily production meetings and Gemba walks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive improvements to reduce cost of quality
- Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability
