You’ll focus on leading material processing operations to achieve departmental objectives in safety, product quality, productivity, cost management, customer service, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the material processing team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to site strategic goal development
• Promote cross-plant teamwork
• Establish and review team goals and development plans
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication
• Identify and address training and development needs
