Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MDM Support Engineer to join our team at Smart TechLink Solutions Inc. As an MDM Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our Master Data Management (MDM) systems. This is a senior position requiring at least 7 to 10 years of experience in MDM support. The job is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and is a contract position.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1) Minimum 8+ years of experience in L2 Production Support services.

2) Required Skillset : Informatica, AWS Cloud, Oracle

3) Functional : MDM Knowledge (Mandatory)

4) SoftSkills : Excellent communication
