HOW YOU WILL THRIVE:

As a primary point of contact for prospective families, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of admissions data, develop and analyze key enrollment metrics that support strategic decision-making, and coordinate admissions operations and activities that deliver an exceptional experience for students and families.


HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED:

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of admissions data across multiple systems and platforms, supporting effective enrollment management and decision-making
• Monitor and validate admissions data to identify discrepancies, maintain consistency, and support reliable reporting and operational processes
• Manage prospective student inquiries throughout the admissions funnel, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate record keeping, and effective pipeline management
• Generate and analyze reports on enrollment activity, admissions trends, and applicant data to support departmental objectives
• Compile, analyze, and report on key enrollment metrics, dashboards, and admissions data to support strategic planning, performance monitoring, and institutional decision-making
• Promote best practices in data management, reporting, and systems utilization to enhance operational efficiency and data quality across the Admissions team
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure the accurate processing of admissions-related records and support the seamless progression of students through the enrollment process
• Support the continuous improvement of admissions systems, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the applicant experience
• Manage the daily operations of the Admissions Office, ensuring professional, responsive, and welcoming experience for prospective families and visitors
• Serve as a primary point of contact for admissions, registration, and general inquiries, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the admissions journey
• Coordinate and support campus visit experiences and admissions events, including tours, Open Houses, shadow visits, student ambassador activities, and recruitment initiatives
• Create engaging content and support digital communications initiatives that strengthen awareness of Appleby College and enhance engagement with prospective families
• Prepare and coordinate admissions-related communications and documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery throughout the admissions process
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience working with Student Information Systems (Blackbaud preferred) and reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, service-oriented approach when working with students, families, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is an asset.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment management, education administration, or a related field is an asset
