Job Summary : Broken Coast Cannabis is looking for a Production Associate to work in the Production department of our busy cannabis production facility. Status : This posting is for an existing vacancy. Open-ended contract, providing coverage for an employee on leave. Shift Schedule : Monday - Thursday (6 : 00am - 4 : 00pm) 38 hours per week Wage : CAD $21 / hr Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for performing tasks related to hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging. Functions of the job include :

• Hand trim product to internal standards
• Ensure product is cured and packaging product for shipment
• Maintain product quality standards during curing process
• Complete room set up, take down, change-over, and product distribution processes
• Complete required training, including any required quality assurance and health and safety training
• Report any equipment or facility system deficiencies
• Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processing
• Responsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and records
• Responsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPs
• Responsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazards
• Complete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company Policies
• Participate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methods
• Assist other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as may be required by management
