Job Title : Production Assistant Planner

Role Overview :

The Production Documents Assistant Planner supports the documentation and planning processes within the chemical manufacturing site, ensuring that all production records, batch documentation, and compliance reports are accurately maintained. This role plays a critical part in production scheduling, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, working closely with production, quality control, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control & Compliance :

• Prepare, review, and maintain production batch records, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, etc.).
• Assist in audits by maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date production records.
