Job Description

The Product Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role within the Marketing team to help support product launches, assist in creating marketing and sales materials, and learn how we position our products against competitors in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn about our buyers and how Appcast’s products help solve their challenges.
  • Help write and edit product messaging for use in marketing materials, emails, and the website.
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new products and markets with guidance from the marketing team.
  • Work with the Product team to understand upcoming features and help communicate their value to customers.
  • Assist in gathering customer stories- help identify potential candidates, prepare interview questions, and draft short case studies or testimonials.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to highlight customer success stories for use in marketing.
  • Help organize and update sales materials, including presentations and product comparison tools.
  • Assist with tracking competitors and updating internal documents that highlight how Appcast differentiates from the competition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks of varying complexities simultaneously.
  • High level of positive energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment; must be a self-starter with strong time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Able to stay organized, manage time well, and follow through on tasks and deadlines with guidance from team leaders.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable creating and editing presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and excited to contribute in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Travel Requirements

    Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.

    Fair Labor Standards Act Status

    Salaried Non-Exempt : Personnel will earn their regular salary and be entitled to overtime pay when they work over 40 hours in a workweek.
