The Opportunity

We're launching an exciting new initiative - Cookin v2 - that builds on all the learnings from our first product iteration. This is essentially a new startup within our organization, and we're looking for a product leader who can function almost like a founder.

Working within a small, agile pod with 1-2 engineers and design support, you'll be directly translating the vision set by our CPO into a market-ready product. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product from the ground up with the backing of an established company.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development : Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch for Cookin v2
• User Research & Validation : Engage directly with users, conduct interviews, and analyze feedback to inform product decisions
• Technical Implementation : Work closely with engineers to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap
• Market Intelligence : Identify market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and develop insights that drive product strategy
• Rapid Prototyping : Create functional prototypes using the latest tools and technologies to test concepts quickly
• Metrics & Performance : Define success metrics and KPIs, and use data to drive product improvements
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with executive leadership, including direct reporting to CPO, COO, and CEO

Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Pay Range for this position $150,000 — $180,000 CAD
