Job Title : Product Owner Cards Domain- (JAVA, Mainframe and UNIX Technologies)

Location :   Mississauga, ON

Duration :   Long term

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

Should be familiar with JAVA, Mainframe and Unix Technologies

Basic knowledge on Card Domain.

• As a Product owner, collaborating with users and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Defining the vision for the team’s product.
• Creating a product road map based on this vision.
• Managing the product backlog. prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, deployment, testing (Functional and Application).
• Product Feature creation and Developing user stories based on the requisites for product design.
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints to track the progress of the product development.
• Facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
• Maintain Team Metrics and continuously review OKR’s and KPI
• Prioritizes product backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and continuously keeps it up to date.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and share monthly status progress with senior leadership.
• Work on change management process for any process / infrastructure changes.
• Create process mapping in blue work and review the same with Risk and compliance team.
• Handle the customer impacting events through incident management cycle (EPROB)
• Partner with Analytics team to develop end to end monitoring for processes owned by team
