Ecom platform expertise (Shopify, Magento, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta Ads, Google Ads..) : Experience with these platforms is a plus. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the retail sector. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Champion Innovation : Act as a thought leader in the retail technology space, identifying opportunities for innovation that align with business opportunities.
