Job description
Position : Product Manager - (Promoters, Venues Festivals) Location : Montreal - Hybrid, 2 days in office Salary : Up to $140K on experience + all benefits and pensionOur client is looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Manager to lead their PRO platform for promoters, venues, and festivals. You'll define the vision, shape the roadmap, and drive growth in the live music ecosystem. If you are a strategic, hands-on Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly impact on how live music professionals connect, plan, and grow. You'll lead the product lifecycle from idea to launch—driving innovation, user satisfaction, and business growth. What You'll Do : - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PRO platform. - Lead the full product lifecycle — from research to launch and continuous improvement.- Conduct market analysis and user research to uncover new opportunities. - Own the end-to-end user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, valuable, and scalable. - Shape and optimize pricing strategies to maximize adoption and revenue. - Track performance metrics and use data insights to inform decisions and fuel growth. - Translate vision into actionable user stories and requirements for Engineering and Design. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional results. - Champion the product internally and externally as a key advocate. What you'll bring : - 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (music tech, SaaS, or B2B) - Proven success managing products from concept to launch and scale - Strong ability to balance User experience, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making - Passion for live music and solid understanding of promoters, venues, and festivals - Join a creative, mission-driven team shaping the future of live music You will be shaping the live music industry in this role.
