What You’ll Do Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Author detailed product requirements and user stories; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing to ensure successful execution. Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption, including creating training material and supporting key customer engagements. Drive product positioning and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and value articulation. Mentor and guide junior product managers or cross-functional contributors, fostering a strong product-thinking culture. Act as a product expert in executive briefings, customer sessions, trade shows, and conferences. Stay up to date with competitive product landscapes, technological advancements, and evolving customer needs. What You’ll Bring At least 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment, with 2+ years in a senior-level role preferred. Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. Demonstrated success in launching and managing innovative, scalable products. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — comfortable influencing across levels and departments. Technical background or strong technical fluency, especially in networking, enterprise IT, or telecommunications. Ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment. Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus. Android, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server experience a plus Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training is a plus. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events; valid passport required.
