Job Description
We are looking for someone to work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure the upkeep and implementation of all the product related data for e-commerce both internally and externally. The product analyst will be responsible to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the published content. This position will be responsible for the collection, editing, posting, and maintenance of various types of online content for our B2B websites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the setup of the processes and maintain e-commerce product data, quality control and publications to the ERP and e-commerce website.
- Contact vendor partners and foster relationships to receive their marketing data.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with online catalog and content management systems involving analysis of large, structured data sets with ability to draw informative conclusions and recommendations.
- Deliver world class customer service by executing and responding to all customer, vendor, and management requests in a timely fashion.
- Enhancing data and performing meticulous editing and fact-checking for web content.
- Perform content quality assurance correcting duplicates, codesets and other sku integrity issues in collaboration with the team.
- Enforce data standards to ensure standardization of product data.
- Manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed.
- Monitor item data to ensure that product information and photos are accurate, and content is current and free of errors.
- Coordinating standards and ingestion for all digital assets for ERP and e-commerce websites.
- Create and maintain processes and training documentation with the help of the team
