East Side Games is looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our Analytics team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Address ambiguous problems and formulate hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments

Partner with product, design, game development, and programming counterparts to identify opportunities to give players the best gaming experience, and use data to develop metrics and insights that shape our games.

Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives. This includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data are accurate.

Work with key stakeholders to identify needs and report outputs to answer questions and drive decisions clearly

Understand and transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirements

Leverage advanced analytics to build, influence and refine models that enable data driven insights, predict outcomes and recommend actions

Visualize and communicate data through reports, dashboards and presentations

Assess day-to-day business performance, proactively investigate trends searching for root cause and recommend actions when appropriate

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python

Practical and theoretical knowledge of A / B testing

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and influence both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

Expertise in visualization (preferably Tableau) and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals

Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail

Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact

Comfortable collaborating across functions to identify data analytics problems and execute solutions with technical rigor and data-driven insights.

Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry and understanding of our key metrics and business model

Compensation Range : $90K-$130K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
