As the Collection Centre Director, you are responsible for all activities within the serviced territory.
Your mandate involves efficiently managing subcontractors, fostering customer relations, and nurturing industry partnerships.
Operationally, you must oversee collection activities and ensure the implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an individual with natural leadership and strong autonomy : someone who demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of their work and possesses excellent planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
The Collection Centre Director ensures the smooth operation of centre activities within their designated territory. Responsibilities of the role include :
- Taking charge of the territory served by the collection centre
- Managing subcontractors and collection activities
- Ensuring quality customer service
- Acting as the company’s representative to clients connected to the collection, both corporate and individual
- Devoting efforts to increase volumes recovered and processed
- Representing the company to industry partners
- Implementing environmental, health, and safety programs
