CREATIVITY IS OUR SUPERPOWER. It’s our heritage and it’s also our future. Because we don’t just make toys. We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.

The Team:

Located in Montreal, the Mattel Building Sets Campus is a creative hub focused on developing Mattel Brick Shop and Mega Bloks products for a global audience.   • Create presentation images & product submissions;
  • Participate in the cost and feasibility analysis of products;
  • Development of new 3D parts that can be integrated into the system, ready for injection;
  • Plan & generate images for the assembly of instruction booklets;
  • Work in close collaboration with other departments including Engineers, Project Managers, Brand Managers, Graphic Designers and others;
  • Introduce and communicate the various concepts in formal presentations.

  • Initiative and teamwork skills;
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions;
  • Possess great attention to detail and aesthetics;
  • Have the will to improve, to learn and to evolve;
  • Respect deadlines & control the product's budget;
  • Be a powerful user of 3D-2D software, (SolidWorks, C4D, Adobe Suite...);
  • Knowledge of plastics - an asset;
