Duties / Responsibility :
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their unique brand identities, target audiences, and business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts and strategies that align with client goals and reflect Magenta Design's commitment to crafting visually stunning websites.
- Utilize cutting-edge design techniques and tools to create captivating visual imagery and user interfaces that engage visitors and drive conversions.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all web projects by establishing and adhering to design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Optimize website content and features for usability, accessibility, and search engine visibility, leveraging a deep understanding of user behavior and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and refine website designs for optimal performance and user experience.
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver comprehensive web solutions that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications :
Education : A bachelor's degree in computer science or graphic design or completion or a college program in computer science, graphic arts, or Web design is required.
Experience : At least 1 year as a graphic designer or web designer.
