Job descriptionLead end‑to‑end design for core parts of Meroka’s platform, from discovery through delivery. Translate complex healthcare workflows into clear, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma (or your tool of choice). Partner with frontend engineers to ensure design intent is carried through to production. Establish and evolve our design system for consistency, accessibility, and scale. Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with physicians and practice staff. Advocate for simplicity and usability in every product decision. Has experience designing digital products (SaaS, healthcare, or B2B a plus). Is fluent in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping workflows. Understands how to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints. Communicates ideas clearly through visuals, prototypes, and storytelling. Loves working closely with engineers and PMs to ship high‑quality features. Thrives in a fast‑moving environment with high ownership and responsibility. Competitive compensation and health benefits.
